Pyramidion has a new home. On 1st of October we moved out of the Boomgaardstraat, which had been our home for more than 15 years and moved into our new offices at Fosbury & Sons in the WATT (Working Apart, Thinking Together) building on the Mechelsesteenweg.
Our full new address is Mechelsesteenweg 271, bus 1.1, 2018 Antwerpen. The point in the postbox number is rather important as otherwise our mail gets delivered to one of the other companies in the building. It’s just around the corner from the Boomgaardstraat which made moving a little easier. It is also conveniently located near to the De Koninck brewery which may have been a factor in the final decision. And we have a great view over the Koning Albertpark.

One of the main reasons for the move was that our old office on the Boomgaardstraat was just too big. With our smaller team, the ground floor office was rarely full. And our lovely conference room was hardly ever used as we mostly visited our clients rather than having them come to the office. Admittedly, our new office at F&S can seem a little claustrophobic in comparison when everyone is in. But then we can just move to one of the co-working spaces or go and grab a drink and a table at CoffeeLabs.

Another major benefit is that I no longer need to deal with utility companies, internet providers, etc. It’s all managed by the friendly and efficient F&S team. And we also have lots of new neighbours to get to know.
